The folks at Eating the Road have combined a monstrous burger/sandwich that could give you the mother of all indigestions, a “fantastic” heartburn that could rip a hole in your esophagus, or possibly a heart attack O_O

- Lettuce
- Bun
- McChicken Patty (grilled)
- Fillet o Fish Patty
- Beef Patty
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- onions
- Mac Sauce
- Bun
If that doesn’t kill you NOTHING will! 
btw, i think it would go better with crispy chicken than the grilled ugly looking one, but that’s just me
