A Queens man says he feels lucky to be alive Wednesday, after he says he was nearly electrocuted while walking his dog on a sidewalk in Far Rockaway.
That’s weird, I don’t think I ever heard of a person getting shocked by walking on a wet sidewalk, and poor dog, the guy’s lucky the dog didn’t die and was able to pull him out of that place.
