Why some people can’t drive for sh*t

I used to be what you would call a “road warrior” (not like in the Mad Max films though), and I had to deal with what you are about to see every freaking day of the week, it’s like a lot of these people turn stupid as soon as they turn on the ignition…

I don’t drive as much any more, but I still find this type of erratic driving once or twice whenever I go out.
