Red card against Uruguay and penalty kick gone wrong

I was taking a look at my counter when I noticed people seem to be looking for that specific play and the penalty kick, well here it is .

Luis Suarez deserves a statue in his glory, he’s a national hero! If it wasn’t for that foul Ghana would have won the match and Uruguay would be out, a red card for a chance of winning seems fair enough to me.
