Coexist – Let the Worlds of Nerdom Unite!

Another geek variation of the “Coexist” religion bumper sticker. Can you identify them all?

I was checking out some stuff on Redbubble when this tshirt design came up. It’s a different take on the previous superhero and science fiction versions I posted a while ago.

This picture is actually from the bumper sticker on cafepress from the same artist, so I can keep referring to it as a bumper sticker 😀

So, were you able to identify them all? If not, you can always check the description on the t-shirt’s page, it includes a huge vertical version of the design that shows each “letter” in more detail, or you can read it right here from the artist’s description:

Joining the worlds of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Aliens, X-Files, Dr Who, Harry Potter and Star Trek together… with the hopes of bringing harmony to the universe.

While I cannot solve the world’s woes with a simple t-shirt and there will always be disagreements throughout nerdom since these issues have existed for generations, I just want to present a field where we can discuss and celebrate these differences.

I have a dream.

From the sandy hills of Tatooine, let freedom ring; Let freedom ring from the mountains of Mordor; Let freedom ring from the plains of Rigel VII; Let freedom ring from the hallowed halls of Hogwarts. From every tree in Pandora, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every alien village and every shire, from every castle to every city in the clouds, we will be able to speed up that day when all of The Force’s children — black men and white men and half-black-half-white men from Cheron from that one Trek episode, Muggles and wizards, those who want to believe and the skeptics, Jedi and Sith, Time Lords and Daleks, will be able to join hands and sing the words of the old Ewok spiritual, “Yub nub, yub nub.”

Peace,
—Captain RibMan

That will be the day, bur for now I guess this t-shirt is the closest we will get to some harmony among fellow geeks.
