A Few Movie Trailers: The Lone Ranger, Man of Steel, Pacific Rim

As a Superman and giant robots fan, two of these trailers gave me a nerdgasm.

The Lone Ranger (trailer 2)

Personally, I think Johnny Depp sounds too much like Jack Sparrow, maybe he could have toned down that voice a little. By the way, if you were wondering where Helena Bonham Carter is, you probably missed her on or about 1:36.

Man of Steel (trailer 2)

Although I’m not a big fan of reboots, this one seems to be going on the right track. As a Superman fan, I hope they do it right this time.

Pacific Rim

Giant mechanoids fighting giant monsters? I came, I saw, I came. I really enjoyed that “Big O” punch near the end.
