It took some digging around, but not even the Wikia (http://looneytunesshow.wikia.com/wiki/The_Wizard ) entry has a straight answer about this clip. My guess is that it was animated in Korea by the studio who does the superhero shows for Warner, so I don’t think this type of animation has a name.

Who drew it? The animation I mean. What do they call this kind of animation? I ask, because it’s like a cross between traditional western animation and the japanese animation – “anime”. I simply must know who drew it and what they call this kind of animation. Oh, and the music and visual effects are cool too.
