Afterwards, I was able to re-image the tablet with a 32-bit Windows 10 (Windows X-Lite) iso and successfully install those drivers. In 2026, it’s in a usable state to tinker with.

Sadly, no. I used to have a copy of the image I found online, but it’s about 14GB in size, so sharing that is complicated. However, I just edited the procedure and the HP Stream 8 package should be enough to make installing the RCA drivers easy.

If you need a copy of the drivers let me know, but unless you have an account where I could upload a 14GB image, your best bet is to try the tutorial and install the drivers one at a time.
