Well, you are right, maybe calling him a “nutcase” is wrong, but the guy never allowed for a psychiatric evaluation, even when he was arrested on 2008 for disturbing the peace outside the very same building he acted as his own lawyer and bailed himself out, in any case the court could have demanded that he underwent psychiatric treatment.

Even if the court had done that I think the guy would have done the same thing.

Perhaps if those that are taking the time and energy to use such references could focus energies on helping those with mental illness such events as these would not occur.
