Spotted these “offers” at a local Target

I was looking for the automotive section at a local Target yesterday when I spotted these amazing deals at the kitchen appliances section.

I wonder is they like to waste paper on purpose. Other lists actually had discounts, so I don’t know whether they were praying nobody would notice and go gaga for the “deep discounts” on coffee makers, or somebody from their in-store marketing team was just trying to fill in the space with something.
