I hope Rafael Marquez gets suspended and fined

Breaking someone else’s collar bone is no laughing matter.

It might take a few times to the the kick, but it’s there.

Accidents happen on the field, but he purposely tackled and kicked Shea Salinas, and that resulted in a broken collar bone. Adding insult to injury, the MLS referees weren’t convinced that was a penalty. Now Salinas has to undergo surgery and won’t be able to play for about 6 to 8 weeks.

I really hope he gets suspended and fined. If he’s too slow to play against the younger players he should just retire.
