Wrong DragonballZ box set
A guy orders what he thinks is a Dragonball Z DVD box set, but gets something somewhat different instead.
So the story goes like this, this guy‘s friend bought what he thought was a Dragonball Z complete series box set from a bargain store, and assumed he was all ready to have a DVD watching marathon. However, what he really ordered was the complete manga box set.
Personally, I don’t see much of a problem, I actually read the DBZ manga and it’s fun. It doesn’t have any fillers compared the animated series, I mean, as much as I love the anime this happened way too often: “This is not even my final form! I shall charge for another 10 episodes while you have a mini adventure somewhere else!”
Anyway, I really don’t know how much he paid for that set, but I couldn’t find the complete series on Amazon. However, I found some sets on eBay.
Since it looks like he didn’t like it at all, I think he might be able to sell it for a good price, just take a look at how much the box set costs on Amazon, “1 new from $1,892.21 4 used from $1,063.51,” holy crap!
