Batman: Arkham Knight First Trailer Revealed
In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever.
It’s about time they introduced the Batmobile, and it seems to be a mix of the Nolan trilogy’s tumbler and the Batmobile from the Burton movies.
The game is set for release some time this year, but retailers like Best Buy and GameStop have it already for pre-order and for a release date of October 2014. If you pre-order, you get a playable Harley Quinn DLC.
Speaking of Harley Quinn, I thought they were going to go for the original Batman TAS suit, mainly because she’s being introduced for the first time in these Arkham Asylum prequels. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself and the classic costume will be available by the time the game comes out.
I don’t know who’ll be voicing Batman on this game, but I hope Kevin Conroy takes the role again, or someone who’s not trying to sound like Christian Bale in the Dark Knight trilogy.
