Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker final trailer is out

We get to see a glimpse of the “final chapter” of the saga (before the reboot *wink*)

I hope they worked out the kinks that made the previous movie feel less like Star Wars and more like some other science fiction/action movie.

I didn’t really care much, it was entertaining, even when Kylo Ren’s character felt insipid, but there was a lot complaining about that movie not following the old Star Wars formula. I honestly liked Rogue One a lot better.

If they really bring Palpatine back, they’re going to have to come up with a good explanation.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be released on theaters on December 20, 2019.
