An animatronic “devil baby” in a remote controlled stroller goes on a rampage through the streets of New York City and hidden cameras record people’s reactions.

Yep, it was all a promotional stunt for the movie Devil’s Due. I guess the guy in the yellow jacket has seem some weird sh*t in his lifetime, he didn’t even flinch, he was probably thinking to himself “I’m way too old for this sh*t” the whole time.
