Overpriced James Bond Collection?

The “Bond 50: The Complete 22 Film Collection”  is a collectible box set featuring all 22 James Bond films on Blu-ray disc in one complete offering for the first time. The collection includes all 22 James Bond feature films from Dr. No to Quantum of Solace and more than 130 hours of bonus features including never-before-seen content from the Bond archives, and more. The box set also includes an open slot for forthcoming James Bond film, Skyfall.

While that sounds absolutely amazing, I have a problem with the current price. This set was around the $99 to $129 range before Skyfall hit theaters it . When Skyfall came out, it was at about $160.

Two days ago, this set showed up at about $260 on Amazon, and right now he same box set is at $349.00.

My question is, are they purposely inflating the prices because of the Black Friday weekend? Because if it is, that’s really messed up.

The very same box set is going for around $160 on eBay, and that’s with the “buy-it-now” option, and some sellers even offer free shipping.

And it’s not like the collection is perfect, this review tells it like it is. At this rate I think I’ll either get it from eBay, or wait until the prices come down later next year, it’s just too expensive right now.
