Is there really a point to a Black Widow movie at this stage in the MCU?

While this movie was long overdue, the fact that they decide to produce this movie after they kill the same character in Avengers: Endgame makes little sense at this point.

Yeah, yeah, I know, they already said it’s a prequel, but the fact that we know she’s supposed to die way later, makes any action sequence lose any sense of danger, as we know that she doesn’t lose any limbs, and the fact that she’s not going to die yet.

Still, the studio decided to go for this little sequence, even though she’s not Steve Rogers, and the fact that it was a fall that killed her *facepalm*…

In any case, this sequence serves as part of a meme template.

Does it look like an entertaining movie? Sure, but I feel like they could’ve done this as a mini-series for their Disney+ platform, but hey, they might as well go for it and keep on milking the Avengers cow for all its worth.
