This is a very “avant-garde” (as in weird af) interpretation of a somewhat old Japanese song called “Neko Funjatta” (I stepped on a cat) to the “Flea Waltz” tune.

If you see people wearing something like that on Halloween or comic conventions, now you know where it’s from.
