A few days ago, Puma SE announced their “Super Mario 3D All-Stars” collection in collaboration with Nintendo in celebration of Super Mario‘s 35th anniversary. Puma came up with four pairs of themed sneakers for release on November 27, and a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) pair to be released later on December 4.
The Super Mario 3D All-Stars collection consists designs inspired by three of Super Mario’s greatest adventures; Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy. This sneakers collection features Puma’s line of Clyde, Future Rider, and RS-Fast shoes, as well as a version of J. Cole’s signature basketball shoe; the RS-Dreamer.
So far the collection is made of the following shoes:
- Future Rider Super Mario 64™ Sneakers
- RS-Fast Super Mario Galaxy™ Sneakers
- Clyde Super Mario Sunshine™ Sneakers
- RS-Dreamer Super Mario Sunshine™ Basketball Shoes
- Future Rider Nintendo Entertainment System™ Sneakers
Their retail price starts at $80, and go up to $125 USD depending on the style.
I mentioned at the beginning of this post, all of the Super Mario inspired trainers will be released on November 27 at 10AM, and the NES inspired sneakers will be released on December 4 at 10AM. so if you want to beat the scalpers, make sure you take note of the exact time the sale will start.
Puma also mentioned that the apparel includes a selection of tees and sweatshirts that match the design inspiration of each shoe, but there are no pictures or a page for them on their website yet.
