Gone for over a week…

Since last week’s snow storms in the DC area I stopped posting, why? I was trying to come up with a WordPress theme on my own, I’m kind of in the middle of that….

It’s funny, after the storm left us with an unheard of amount of snow (at least in this region)  Metro had another accident, one of their trains derailed, thankfully no major injuries were reported.

The problem came with the mix of dump trucks and tractors supposedly cleaning many of the major intersections, while at the same time a busy DC street was blocked by fire trucks and paramedics, even several hours after traffic was just absurd….

Then some of my home appliances began to fall apart this past few days, first the stove’s oven suddenly went on without anyone touching the knob, I have to replace the thermostat, so for now I just left it unplugged, we have to use matches to use the burners…

Then the furnace gave up a couple of days ago, the damper door motor failed so it didn’t heat up anymore, all the air was plain cold, so I caught a cold…

Now the treadmill is malfunctioning as well, it seems no appliance lasts more than 10 years without some kind of malfunction D:<…

Anyway, I have some things to post, I’m trying to decide whether to post them all together in one big post or just post them individually, I’ll think about it….
