Guy tries to steal TV, fails horribly

There’s so much fail in this clip you’ll feel ashamed for the guy.

I have some questions:

1. Why the hell  is he trying to steal a CRT TV?
2. Why didn’t he bring a ladder or something to step on with him?
3. He left running and left the TV there, why didn’t he take it?
4. Why did he leave his sunglasses there?

This guy is a moron, I hope he got caught for being an imbecile.
