Marco Rubio’s dry mouth malfunction

Marco Rubio got thirsty during in the middle of his GOP response to President Obama’s 2013 State of the Union address, and what’s better to quench your thirst than awkwardly getting a sip of water?

I know the guy was under incredible pressure, but this was so funny. I wonder why he had his bottled water so far away, and why he thought he should look at the camera while reaching for it, it kind of looked like he was stealing it or something.
